Planning for the Future

Where Family Legacy Meets Future Community

At Wilcox Communities, we view land as a blend of history, effort, and family legacy. As a trusted local partner, we work with landowners, developers, and municipalities to create coordinated, master-planned communities across Cental Ohio.

Our approach focuses on thoughtful growth, combining high-quality residential, walkable mixed-use design, and meaningful green space. With transparency, respect, and a clear path through zoning and entitlements, we help projects move forward with confidence and lasting community impact.

The Story Behind Wilcox Communities

Since 2002, Wilcox Communities has poured heart and purpose into creating maintenance-free neighborhoods that feel like home.

As a family with deep local roots, the Wilcox family has built their lives in the same communities they serve, bringing a personal sense of care and connection to every neighborhood they create.

Along the way, our work expanded from individual neighborhoods to full master-planned, mixed-use communities, the kind of large-scale planning that turns significant acreage into a place with lasting identity.
